Unfortunately, in this society, I am afraid you are stuck there. In other societies, you could be free. In Bible days, you were considered an adult at age 12. You got married, and started a family. Girls did the housekeeping and child care, and boys did men's work -- building stuff, tending sheep, whatever. It's all in the bible. But you didn't have to go to school forever, studying pointless sh** that will never do you a BIT of good! :"(
E-Mail me if you wanna discuss your problems. I have big ears, and great compassion.
~Cindy! :)

Do you hate to learn? Are you unmotivated? Or are you being picked on at school? What exactly is it that you don't like? You'll have to figure out exactly what bothers you, before you come up with the best solution.
Can one of your parents homeschool you? You can find a curriculum that fits your own interests, so that you're more excited about learning. Learning is also faster in a homeschool setting...you can learn more in the same amount of time, and then have more free time at the end of the day to unwind and prepare for the next day's work.
It is important to stick with it and even cover some subjects that you're not interested in though. Education is important, and you want to be well-rounded instead of wasting your youth and being ignorant as an adult.
But think about what topics interest you, and include them in your studies. Then motivate yourself to do other subjects you don't like as much, by using the subjects you DO like as a reward. This is what I do with my homeschooled daughter. She was also an unmotivated learner...until I told her I'd include a Zoology unit if she continued Math and Handwriting. (She's 5.)

There is a book called
The Teenage Liberation Handbook: How to Quit School and Get a Real Life and Education
by Grace Llewellyn
I haven't read it, but have heard good things about it and it might apply to your issues.

What is it about school that you hate? The teachers, the subjects, other students? Do you feel like you are not learning? Do you feel that it's a waste of time?
