Absolutely not, right now we are seeing that the public is reacting to a contender with experiance beyond ambasadorship, a woman with years of political situations up close and the knowledge that comes of seeing in retrospect just how certain plays and ploys turn out and a great insight into the players on the board. And Mr Smith comes to Washington is not what we need right now, After he has spent time there then if not corrupted he would definately have the vote.

People vote for the person they feel best represents good leadership toward what they want America to BECOME.
If they want a Marxist/Socialist tyranny, sold to them as "taking form the rich and giving to the poor" there are candidates out there who will give them that.
If they want to avoid tyrannical control from BIG Government, HIGH taxation, and take on personal responsibility to avoid the inability of Government to handle emergencies, there are candidates out there promising that.
Race and sex have no bearing on the issue. They are superficial arguments pursued by shallow bigots.
Leadership and Direction are the real issues. I hope enough voters are mature enough to vote according to real issues and not base their decision on emotional reaction to an advertising campaign.
Maybe we should raise the voting age back to 21 to get a little more maturity into the voting pool!

I will vote for Hillary Clinton, but never Obama. This has nothing to do with gender or skin color. I believe Clinton to be honest, faithful, intelligent and having enough experience and devotion to turn this country around after the tyrannical regime currently in power. However, I see Obama as a "Bush" of a different color. I believe him to be a hypocrite and a liar, and potentially a megalomaniac, like Bush.

We are going to find that out next year. Personally I would vote not on the basis of race or gender but issues and how the candidate presents them. I am currently leaning toward Obama but haven't made up my mind yet. There is still time.

Well....If history is any indicator, women obtained the right to vote nearly 60 years after black men...I see more Hilary than Obama bashing from the right...

How about a black woman? Let's let Oprah be President for four years, can she do any worse than what we now have?

No.
I wouldn't vote for either one, since they are both Communist.

(The Secret Service protecting Obama is NOT because he's black. It was because he was "frightened to death" of Hillary.)
And I don't blame him, even if he is a Muslim Sissy.
I would be frightened of Hillary, too.
