I already tried with Nero but it wont do it.

it is not a bought dvd i burnt it myself already

If it's a DVD that you burnt already, then the best thing to do is to rip an ISO or BIN image of it, and then burn that onto a DVD. I'm very surprised that Nero isn't capable of doing that, but here is an easy to use (and free) program that should be able to do that for you.

u can only copy non commerical dvd's.....cause copying retail dvd's is ilegal..thats y nero wont do it

use DVD shrink, its free, then just burn it like is data
