Is there anything i can do to reduce the pain?

take a warm bath
take some midol if you have it or take tylenol

Try some Advil (doesn't have to be the name brand, just look for ibuprofen) and take 2-4 with food every 6 hours.
Some people find Midol helpful too. But personally this never really helped me. Also, sometimes a heating pad on your abdominal area can ease the cramping as well.

This definitely needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on. In the mean time you can try using something like a heating pad to see if that helps some of the pain.

Take some pills over the counter or a warm bath. If you have tylenol 3 take it.

Are you serious? Haven't you ever heard of "aspirin" or other over-the-counter pain relievers? Heating pads help too. Seeing a doctor or nurse practitioner if it gets worse, or worsens each month, is an option.
