exercise, atleast 30 minutes a day for cardio. Try doing some brisk walking for that or riding your bike or something like that. Eat three healthy meals a day. these should consist of fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean means (fish, chicken), and a bit of dairy as well.

the best way I would say (I am not a doctor) but was overweight as a kid. I walked a lot and drank tons of water. You have to stay active. Stay off the energy drinks, sodas and such. Just cutting those out will help with the calorie intake. Substitute candy and snacks with veggies. Eat baby carrots in low fat ranch.. also if you can afford it and you like to dance. there is a video out called hip hop abs that is a hoot to work out to. My daughter and I do it every morning before she goes to school. Make sure you are not cutting out eating. Just eat smaller portions throughout the day. The one rule I live by is... "Don't eat until you are full.. eat until you are no longer hungry"
Good luck

You need to eat three meals a day and don't skip meals. Be sure to control the portions only allowing yourself one serving. Eating from a smaller plate sometimes helps you feel like you are getting more food. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. If you drink a glass before you eat your meals it will help you feel full. Try getting at least 30 minutes of exercise a day even if it is just walking. Stay away from sweets, breads, potatoes and pasta. Good luck!

Depends on your height and build. Talk with your doctor and ask for a referral to a good nutrionist.
Basically, just eat sensibly and exercise daily. Your body is preparing for a huge growth spurt through your teenage years, so too much dieting or crash dieting could hurt your long-term development.

Before trying anything I would recommend talking to your doctor to see what additional suggestions they have but in the mean time keep an eye on portion sizes and try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
