Good advice. We have had a string of tragedies in our families and we have started doing this on a daily basis. It's just not your partner that needs to hear it, kids need it, parents need it, aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces need to hear it, not to mention the grandparents!

And I did, just before I left the house.

My husband and I go to bed at different times as he gets up earlier than me to go to work. He always gives me a kiss before saying "Goodnight".

He was asleep when I went to bed last night, but I was still awake and thinking about things when he woke up to go to the loo. When he came back and got into bed, I told him I loved him. He said that he loved me too, but I must admit he did sound surprised as it was out of the blue! The reason I said it was because of your previous question about what would you do if you found your partner kissing someone else. It was very thought provoking and made realise just how much I do love my husband.

Honestly, It's been awhile. I do love him, and I know he loves me, we show eachother all the time, but never say it. We always said it at the beginning of our relationship. But, seem to have over-stated it then. Don't get me wrong, we do say, just not as much as before.
Only on special occasions. I think I should assume the prior, and start saying it again. Just never know what might happen. Thanks for the reminder, should always acknowledge your loved ones while you can!!!!!

I never did tell him, and now I'm payingthe price. One should always take the time to let their significant other how much you care about them.
