Are you kidding! One of the last things an employer wants to hire is a drunk!
Appreciate the skills you have. Focus on what you do well. Tell yourself that you deserve to have a fulfilling, well-paying job in exchange for your sharp skills and professional attitude.
Heck, I should take my own advice!

You are a walking, talking very lonely version of inhibition. If you have to get drunk to open up, you need to get some therapy.
If the only job offers you get come after you get drunk, only pimps are trying to hire you.
Do you want to be a prostitute?

depends on the job you're applying for, responsibility, intelligence and hard work are just as important as being outgoing... well, actually they're way much more important
about being drunk... employers dislike substance abuse much more than shyness
if you're applying for a job that requires being very outgoing you're probably making a mistake, be yourself and look for something where your important features are appreciated, don't worry about being outgoing, just apply for something you can do really good and simply tell the employer you're good at that
if you start to rely on alcohol to make you outgoing you'll end up being an alcoholic, that's really a problem compared to shyness

if your only outgoing when you drunk you should consider the fact you may be depressed and an alcoholic, you shouldnt need alcohol to act cool., you can change that though by getting some self help, good luck, cause i kinda went through the same thing, i feel what you may be going through

Try practicing in a mirror, it helps.
Or if you apply somewhere ask who does the interviews and try to have a friendly conversation with them before hand in case they do in turn interview you.
It will help cause you might not be so shy around them a second time around.
Hope this helps.

That sounds like a really good idea. Fill out an application and then drink a fifth of vodka before your interview. You will get the job for sure!!!!!!

Anything in excess is a bad thing, you and your psyche would be much better off looking yourself in the mirror daily and tell yourself positive things, good looking smart whatever, you don't have to believe it either, just do it, eventually you will "sink in" to yourself there-by giving you the confidence to get that job. Good luck

lmao... no. Work on talking to strangers, being polite yet friendly and outgoing. Try joining some sports or local activities. Introducing yourself to new things and people will help train yourself into being not so introverted.

That's ridiculous. You need to go out and stay sober on purpose and force yourself outside of your comfort zone.
It's all in how you carry yourself. Be confident and you'll seem like you are.
But the key is to make yourself feel uncomfortable so you get used to it.
