I think the women in the song is saying "run awaayy" or it COULD be "fly away" and thats all the woman says at different intervals. It sounds like some sort of chime instrument could be playing the melody that comes after the women sings

My guess: "One Million Miles Away" by J. Ralph. I think it was featured in a VW commercial a couple years ago!
