i am looking for a card just temp use cos sooner i will get ATi DX10 ready card ...cos these i can use in my old system as cos PCI ...

The NVidia. I only say that since it is the newer of the cards and more compatible with games. As others have mentioned, these are really bad cards.
For a few bucks more, you could get a nicer card. A 7600GS, while not a great card itself, is twice as powerful. An X800XT is three times as powerful. A 7900GT makes the ones you mentioned look like turtles.

Honestly they're all pretty crummy, what we need to know is what you're going to be using this video card for.

hmm..I'd chose the 1st one..but that's just my opinion cause I;ve never had any problems with NVIDIA cards :)
