My thoughts are that the service is great but the billing department leaves a lot to be desired.

XM customer support is not ready for prime time. I have wasted many hours of my life trying to get them to do something simple. When I call and get someone from Bangalore named Kenny, I know I am in trouble.

I did find one customer service rep who was able to help, but that was after countless e-mails and several written letters.

They apparently don't get the "customer service" thing.

Yes, it took me 6 months to get a small refund!

I've never had a problem. Signed up. Signed off. Signed up again. No problem. Worked for them for a while as a contract consultant. The checks always came in on time.
