Isnt Kenny dead? And I would go into a bathroom. Specifically into the bathtub with as many people you can fit. If you have kids lets the kids in with you. And if your parents also live there, let your wife/hudsband go into another bathtub. I would certainly care more about my children because they havent lived very long. And why shoulf they miss their 1st and 7th birthday because of me and my hudsband. Because my hudsband (older) is almost half way through life. And I have lived a while too. But always stay in the bathtub. Because it is built into a floor. Always in the first floor. And if you do have a basment and a bathroom in there. Go in the bathtub in the basement for the best protection yet. Or hide in a neighbor's.

Just kidding. Here in Louisiana, we don't really have basements (we're, like, 50 feet below sea level or something), so we go to the middle part of a house, where there's no doors or windows.

Introduce yourself. Try to be nice. Follow liberal tradition,suggest you understand the reasons for it's anger and destructiveness. Indicate you'd like to help it resolve some of those issues. Perhaps suggest a good referral.
Tornados have always been looked-down upon and are often the object of widespread dislike. I know,it seems senseless.
But people can be so cruel. And think: just because they're different.

Too bad for the neighbors, but they'll have to make room.
And some extra for the tv, no damn tornado is going to stop my Conan ritual. I won't go into the ritual, but they may have to close their eyes.
