yesterday i started my period and then in the afternoon i checked and i didnt have anything, then today in the afternoon i checked before i took a shower and i had a brown spot in my pad.. what is wrong please help me!!

It is normal. It is just brown blood. It is okay. We all get it. This can happen usually at the beginning and at the end of your period when your flow is lighter.

It's just the part of the period when you have a lighter flow. Just don't worry it's normal. In like a day or so,you will be back to the normal color.

That's usually what it looks like when your mid cycle or if you didn't just bleed right before you checked it. Its normal. Don't worry, it just takes some getting used to to really understand everything that's going on.

Menstrual blood can be anything from dark red to a brownish red color. And if you get tiny solid bits (clots), that's normal, too.
