Well if you want to get "technical" about it the Grateful Dead were a "one hit wonder" with Touch of Grey, they are by far my FAVORITE band of all time, but of the more obscure bands I think I like Eddy Grant's "Electric Avenue" or Flash in the Pan's "Hey St.Peter" I tend to like the 80's especially New Wave/Punk music.
