Natural remedies in general avoid the often dreadful side effects that you get with prescription medicines that the body tends to reject because it regards them as poisons. The side effects are a body protest against the invasion of the foreign material that is really a poison. Prescription medications usually work faster than natural remedies so you often need several natural remedies to help a particular health problem but in general you don't get any side effects.
The right foods can prevent and help a lot of health problems as well.

Well, if eating the wrong food can make you ill it seems logical that eating the right food can make you better.
The only reason doctors don't like it when people find this stuff out is that it puts them out of a job. Same with the drug companies, almost anybody involved in orthodox medicine has a vested interest in keeping your attention away from natural remedies and focused on their dangerous chemical cocktails.

Absolutely, I am my own living proof. I started a vegetarian diet, practice yoga, get massages, and use natural remedies and I've never felt better. Even my doctor has taken a notice, my whole family says I look great, and I feel much better.

There is NO other way to heal. Can you name one disease caused by a prescription drug deficiency? I do not know of one. Therefore, medical treatment with drugs can never cure the cause of a disease (the only exception may be antibiotics, but even with infections, most infections are not the product of a lack of drugs).
To quote Sherry Rogers, M.D.: "The Cure is is the Kitchen".

Yea, i do think they work. You need medicine for somethings, of course, but alot of time youll get prescribed whatever so whoever can make a buck. Good foods and not being so lazy can help alot.
