That's the registered office of Heritable Bank which is owned by the National Bank of Iceland. You can contact them at

I can't find any information to suggest that they are the same bank as Consolidated Credits Bank, but one might be an agent for the other.

There is a Consolidated Credits Bank Ltd in my 2001 phone book at Chelsea House West Gate London W5 so I guess maybe it has moved. Can you not Google it?

Looks like a scam
The address is all wrong. The Post code is not a valid configuration.
Have they sent you an email saying they hav some money for you ?
