it kinda sounds like a pre-teen 'limitied too' kind of store. and no, i never enjoyed spaghetti straps and halter tops when i was 10.
you know, it also kinda sounds like a transgender store for men to buy thier stage outfits in. i can hear it now "hey barry! leth go to watermelonth!" *insert lisps*

Yes, I would. I'd expect it to be selling swimsuits, sandals/flip flops, t-shirts and other cool warm-weather wear.
