Use humor... That's a key. Don't make it all humor or they'll think you're trying way to hard.
Think of all your strong points and apply them some way into your speech. Use the knowledge that you have to apply that to things that will make your school better... Like if you know alot about cooking and calories apply that to things you'd change in the cafeteria. Make sure all of your ideas apply to everyone. If you're preppy make sure you benefit the "not so preppy" people as well, and vice versa. Also, don't get cocky. Be a leader and give off that impression without being overly full of yourself. Also don't promise them something that you cant give, or you cant make happen... ;)

What you want to do to improve the school, and why they should vote for you, and not the others. Make sure it's interesting, so people will actually listen to you! :)
