Get an answering machine, turn your phone off, let the machine pick up all phone calls, check the machine and delete the ones you don't want to listen to.

Caller ID and an answering machine. If he is calling for a good reason, return the call.

Change your number and don't give the new one to him. Also you can keep track of how much/often he calls and report him to the authorities. No matter what - don't answer his calls.

don't answer the phone....I never answer his calls and only call him back 30-50% of the time...if it really important he'd of said so in the message.
