I would have to say yes. They should definatly lower it to 3 or even 2 games only. The chances of a player getting injured are just too high druring a 4 game preseason. Plus i am sick of ESPN analyzing preseason football like its the Super Bowl.

They need to cut the preseason to 2 games and extend the regular season by 2 weeks, and every team gets 2 bye weeks.

Yes but they never will because owners love $$$$$ more than their players and their pride. If a player gets injured most contracts aren't garenteed so these guys are like race horse you really don't need to keep them if they're injured. I would go to a 2 game preseason, lengthen the regular season and have fewer teams in the playoffs.

No, I think 4 games is sufficient. Don't ya think it is a little hard to analyze the players that could potentially get cut by only playing 2 preseason games? It is tough as is and 4 games is a sufficient amount of time.

Don't get me wrong, I can't wait until regular season starts. The games actually start meaning something which is great.

Look at the number of injuries compared with the number of plays the first-teamers are on the field and it is shocking that the owners/players association haven't addressed the issue.
But there is no revenue in scrimmages at the training camp facilities and unless the regular season expands by two games.....this is the mess that will remain.

Yes. The preseason is a joke but fans keep flocking to the games. ESPN is not happy unless it is hyping something , even if it is insulting to the fans. ESPN sucks

Yes, its to high, they don't count, its a higher chance for players to get hurt, and usually even the players don't care about them. The only time any of the teams acually care is if theres a position battle.

Yes it is way to long and too many injuries happen because of it. My suggestion is to take out 2 weeks. give each team a second bye week and add an additional week to the playoffs. (more teams in)

Yes, absoultely. It gives players too many chances to get hurt too. I think like two games sounds long enough.

No because if you look at it you have to get all your rookies and free agents a chance to play and you have to get the player warmed up for the regular season
