SOME OF US COULD BE BEHIND BARS AND MAINTAIN A HIGH DEGREE OF FREEDOM - IT'S A MATTER OF PROSPECTIVE AND CHOICE GIVEN THE LIMITATIONS AT HAND. BUT STIGMA CAN BE DEBILITATING. I SUGGEST GETTING INVOLVED WITH PEOPLE IN STRUCTURED, POSITIVE ACTIVITIES. GET YOUR MIND OFF OF YOURSELF BY FINDING WAYS OF BEING OF SERVICE TO OTHERS. DO COMMUNITY SERVICE WORK. THE OTHER VOLUNTEERS WILL INFECT YOU WITH THEIR POSITIVE ENERGY AND YOU WILL VALUE YOURSELF MORE AS YOU GIVE A HELPING HAND.
