I lived through it also. I saw Lyndon Johnson sworn in to office. I saw the smirk on his face and the lack of compassion. It is a fact that L. Johnson was rude and mean to the Kennedys, often calling them names. His thoughts and ideas clashed with those of John Kennedys. He wanted JFK out of the way and got his wish in a well fashioned assassination.

Its Hard to believe that he didn't know anything and its pretty clear Oswald was just a fall guy and probably did not pull the trigger. I believe the conspiracy theory involving the mafia the feds and lets throw Fidel Castro in there too. Watch for the movie "Book Of Secrets" staring Nicholas Cage in the National Treasure sequel. The subject matter is pretty interesting.

After all of my reading and research I do believe LBJ was aware of and knew of the conspiracy to assassinate JFK; maybe not complicit in it but may have been forewarned prior to Dallas via innuendos dropped by others planning it and depending on him to follow their agenda afterwards.
