You should sit down with him where there is no distraction at all and calmly discuss the issue in a adult manner. Whatever is decided is up to you both and is between you two. No one else can make a decision like this for either of you to be honest.

You didn't provide any detail. How could any of us write anything that would be helpful? You didn't tell us what your husband does or doesn't do that would make you question whether or not he wants your marriage to work.
