20 fluid ounces is one pint.
A normal cup of tea takes less than half a pint. You'll probably find it's not far off 8floz. If you have a pint glass, or a pint jug, you can measure the number of cups they hold. 10 8floz glasses would be the same as 4 pints.

4 quarts = 1 gallon
so ----1 gallon = 128 ounces
