Suggest you purchase a pair of silver, gold, or nude [ your skin color ] strappy heeled sandals - they will go with all dressy outfits. Get a clutch purse to match if you can - you'll be setfor all occasions.
I would wear blacks shoes with all navies, grays, blacks, and brights - but not browns or pastels. If you have black and dark brown dress shoes, they are great for church, clubs, and dark dresses.

I don't think so. I wouldn't wear black heels with the dress. I would find some white ones for sure.

It would be O.K. but you should wear some white heels then it would bring out the white flowers in the dress.
