When is it that we start enforcing our laws? Where are the Constitutional Lawyers?!???

Don't they mean theft instead of competitiveness? No it isn't. Also might take a real hard look at the companies that owned most of the copper mining facilities in North and South America. My suggestion is also to check out the United Steel Workers president as well. The rest is up to you to see and figure out. You're not going to like what you see.

No matter what anyone tells you, the fact is that governments do not create jobs, do not create wealth, and do not promote freedom. All they can do that is positive is stay out of the way of people that create jobs and wealth, and refrain from restricting freedom.

The bigger the government project, the more damage it will ultimately do to one of those three.

No, I see nothing in the Constitution that says the US federal gov't should do anything like this.
