In Brazil or in the States?
In the states you are pretty much limited to steakhouses being Fogo de Chao the best.
In Brazil, it will depend on what city you are in. Sao Paulo is currently know for its culinary selection where you can find great Italian, French, Japanese, Steak, restaurants. Design is a big thing so you not only eat great but have a great atmosphere as well.

When I lived in Sao Paulo, for good cheap eats we'd head to the Estrela do Sul Churrascaria. I also loved to just walk the neighborhoods and try the little mom and pop type diners.
In the USA, I've been to Rodizio Grill and enjoyed it.
