Seems like McDonalds are everywhere, if you live a long distance from any McDonalds, doesn't need to be 100 miles
let's see who goes the longest distance for a Big Mac!

North Dakota or Wyoming would probably have the best chance of where this would occur. Although I have never lived in either place. Although, in Colorado (where I have lived) there are plenty of mountinous areas where there might be 100 square miles of uninhabited places where there wouldn't be a McDonald's.
