I simply need to know how a woman can gain so much popularity despite a horrendous record, and failing to live up to promises. There are not enough facts in the links you provide to give an informed opinion. You seem to be implying that Clinton has committed some sort of fraud but where is it? Neither link talks about a specific plan offered by Clinton. If there was a plan was it ever approved by congress? What were some of the details? New York had a republican governor for 12 years ending in 2007. What did he do for Buffalo?

BTW, In 2006 Clinton got 64% of the vote in Erie county, the county where Buffalo is located.

Strange as this may sound, the Senators from a state have very little to do with the economy of that state. Attracting jobs to an area is more a state government responsibility. All that Hillary could have done is, perhaps, use EARMARKS to try to divert some federal money to Buffalo.

Of course, with a GOP-controlled Congress, the Dem Senators didn't get the biggest share of the pie.

But I also question why she is never asked about her involvement with the CFR. So is Michelle Obama and Fred Thompson.

How does anyone get anything passed, without a majority ? The Republicans have failed to get measures passed when they DID have a majority. The Democrats currently have 50 votes out of 100 in the Senate - how do they get anything passed ?
