My nephew is a product of surrrogacy 16 years ago . He recently ended up with my sister who was the surrogate. When he arrived he was unkept, rude, hates whites(is white), hates the south, democrats(figure that one out), hates the people at his high school, hates to learn, take direction, is argumentative,
cusses, breaks things, no respect for people ,relatives, things ,(unless he owns them!!!,all organized in his room ), wears his pants around his behind,wants to be in a gang, be a wrestler, fight animals,anti social but also tries to have nice qualities too from time to time. It seems like an act, but you cannot seems to break his patterns of behavior. Any advice out there before we pack him up and send him on his way? Would like for him to make it in this world. Help!!!!

its probably because he went to a bad school and he had to put on a tough act in order to get by, maybe he should go to a nicer school and meet nicer people, i think theres a bit of good in everyone and its never to late to bring it out in a person. this sounds really nasty comparing him to a dog but i dont mean it in a bad way..... u have to think of it like when you get a rescued dog often they have lived bas lives otherwise why would they be passed on? you just need to get to the root of it, talk to him and if he listens atleast you know he wants to be a better person. after all its impossible to help a person who wont help themselves xxx

He obviously has some anger management issues. I would suggest counseling. It is also very important with children like this that you have very clear rules and consequences and stick to them. It sounds like he may have not had very consistent or good discipline where he came from. He may also have been abused. Try to have patience and to see that his behaviors are a symptom of something else bigger going on.

That is probably what everyone in his life has done.....packed him up and sent him away.......so at the moment all he wants to know is if you all really care for him. If you show him no matter what that he is family and that you love him then he may see a whiter light. Just hang in there.....it's called tough love. Good luck.

if you take time and get him to a good doctor who can help him you will be saving him. hes messed up big time but no one cares that is what is going on and hes mad at the world.
