It has to do with your perception of the song. If you like it, it goes too fast. If you hate it, it lasts forever. Time has a way of doing that in your brain cells. It's like when you're having a great time, the time flies. When you're bored to death, an hour seems like six hours. And of course, it's only your opinion as to whether or not a song is bad, eh? One man's delight is another man's poison.

Because your perception of a good and bad is relative to perceived time.
