Music On Phone by Micro Sd help?

I Bought this pack at WalMart by San Disk that comes with a

1GB micro Sd Chip (Small)
Micro Sd Adapter (Medium) has a whole to put the little chip in.
Micro Sd to Sd Adapter (large)has a whole to put the little chip in.

Im Trying to Figure Out how to put music on my phone through the computer but i dont know How to open the file or put the chip in the computer right. What I am Thinking is Put the little chip inside the big chip and put it in my computer that lights up a green light but i dont see any files were to put the music. Can sombody please help me?

First, put the micro SD chip in the phone, and from the Tools menu, format it.

Once it's formatted, put the chip in the adaptor, and put that in the card reader and plug it into the USB port.

Open MY COMPUTER on the computer's desktop. The micro SD chip should show as a removeable drive. Just drag the music to that drive.
