my name with someone else's name. How is this possible when i log on with my social and very different password? to top things off 25000.00 from that account has been transferred into mine. The bank gave me a safe deposit box when i opened the account, which seems strange being that i am completely broke. I'm so tempted to take this money. Advice please!!!!!! Should i wait or tell?

Do not take the money!!! You don't want to have to pay it back, putting you in a bind. Trust me, the person who owns the money will have the bank trace it immediately once they know it is missing! Plus, it is not your money. Let your bank know about the discrepancy immediately, and I'm sure they'll have it fixed promptly.
