It would be possible for that to occur. Sperm can be stored in the female body for up to a week, so if you ovulated a few days after your period, yes, you could have become pregnant. You can start taking pregnancy tests at home to be sure three weeks after intercourse, with the most accurate results four weeks after intercourse, or after a week of being late for your next period.

Yes, IS possible to get pregnant during your period -- or just after. I did. As the sperm stay alive in a woman's body for 5 -7 days I believe. Please go to a Planned Parenthood office in your neighbourhood and get accurate medical information about reproduction and low-cost birth control options. I think the PG tests are free there as well. Oh, by the way, despite what is said about the rhythm method -- There is NO safe time of the month to unprotected sex! Unless you want to get pregnant -- or get an STD.
Good luck to you.

Ok here's the bit about safe sex ..blah blah blah.. what did your mother tell you etc etc... Now the advice, I doesn't sound like you're pregnant. If it was your first time then this would be a fairly normal thing. Personally I think you're stressing about this hence the headaches and cramping. The spotting could be anything, if it continues, get yourself down to the docs and get checked over.

None at all... you should know that the period is exactly two weeks AFTER the LAST ovulation.. so if your period comes every 28 days, your ovulation is on the 14th day.. and if it comes, let us say, every 21 days, your ovulation comes on the 7th day.. and this is the concept behind not having sex rethym method as birth control..
so don't worry about being pregnant.. (unless you had sex in the period of ovulation!, i mean, before the one you are talking about ;) )
about the spotting.. if it persists consult your doctor because it could be some irregularity in your period or some sort of infection...

When, oh, when will women understand that ANY time they have sex, they can get pregnant? Starting without a condom....well, you may as well not even bother with one. A woman can become pregnant from pre-ejaculate just as surely as from ejaculate. Do yourself a favor.....before you have sex again, get yourself educated about your body and reproductive system. Oh, and learn about STD's while you are at it.

There is always a chance of pregnancy when you have unprotected sex. His pre-ejaculate contains sperm, so he was putting sperm into your reproductive tract from the moment he penetrated you. Use a condom every time, the entire time.

Did he ejaculate before or after the condom was on?
If he did after it was on, you're most likely fine.
I'm not sure if we have the same situation here, but the same thing happened to me about a year ago, and I didn't have a kid in June so lol
