How do i write a mailing address??

i know this might be a really stupid question, but im stuck!
do i start off by the person's name or where its going.
for example: im sending a mail to my teacher at school,
should i wirte her name first and then the school's name
or school's name and then her name and then the main address?

Phoenix, AZ 85495

In business format it's:

Schools Name
Address
City, State zip
Attn. Teachers Name

Answer 3

Exactly this way - her name first and then the school's name
then the main address
