I suppose that you would need to believe your senses to some point, and to trust the feelings that you have trusted before. Have confidence in what your body tells you.
Be true to yourself. If you need to, exercise until it hurts ... you *are* somebody.

Maybe you're not. Perhaps everything is fake,a set-up designed to conceal from you your own unreality and that of the world. A phone book? Don't make me laugh. That's so easy for The Others to fake. I mean,they're faking our whole "reality",so what's a phone book?
