Feet, toes and legs are extremely sexy when they well taken cared of.
When neglected (feet) they posses the rancid smell of third world garbage and makes me almost throw up in my mouth. Gross.

We get the feet we get; kind of like height, eye color, head shape and even intelligence. The point is, it's inherited.
That being said, some women have really beautiful feet (which ALWAYS get my attention) and others would be providing a community service by keeping them covered and hidden away. But women get pedicures, wear polish, toerings and sometimes even tattoos PRECISELY because they want to call a man's attention to them. And sure, when I see that a woman has taken the time to be so detailed about her appearance, it makes me think that she's a well groomed person. I realize that there's no linear connection between the two but that's the knee-jerk reaction I have.
I also feel that, like natural beauty, women should never take "credit" for their looks or the fact that they may have yummy feet/toes. In other words, if you look nice, great but don't use it as an opportunity to belittle or downgrade others.
Taking credit for your personal accomplishments makes sense but for how you look? In my opinion, that's about as shallow as one can be.

Feet that re uncared for can be REALLY grim - and womens feet tend to be the worst - because they force them into badly fitting shoes that put make the develope callouses and lumps galore. Nastiness.
But some feet - mainly guys - that are taken care of, kept clean, nails trimmed etc can be really easy on the eye.
Like most body parts - if they are left without care they start to look neglected. If looked after, they can be attractive.
I have a personal dislike for hairy feet - I think they are grim - but each to their own I guess :)

I still ( ha ha) have nice feet, and have been told so. Nice or not, I am grateful to have them.I don't put down my feet or other peoples feet or other parts of my imperfect old body. With no warning I could lose the ability to use any section of my anatomy. And then I'd be too sad mourning the loss to gripe about its imperfections.Something I think about is gratitude, and not taking anything for granted.Life is short.

LOL. The question and answers are very entertaining!
I hate feet too! Even when they are cared for properly. They always get hot and sweaty and smelly.
I love shoes and sandals, though and will only wear sandals if my pedicure looks good. Otherwise, it's closed-toe shoes. I hate seeing a woman with a jacked-up, old pedicure. TAKE OFF THE DAMN POLISH. Or anyone w/crusty, long toenails. How hard is it to clip them?
Also, if you have long, ugly toes, hide them. No pedicure in the world is going to help you.

The only purpose I like my feet for is to walk with them. Other than that they're a complete turn off. Blah! Whoever has a foot fetish is seriously twisted. I don't care if you believe your feet are pretty, feet are just unattractive.

There is nothing more humble then giving someone a foot massage. I give foot massages all the time. Before my elderly parents died they were so spoiled that I would always take care of their feet. I always kept nail polish on my mothers nails and feet. When she passed away I requested her nails be done with her favorite color. I really enjoyed that time with them.

lol. That question was so funny. I hate feet because 9 times out of ten they look nasty. I wish the whole world would just take care of their feet better.

I'm somewhere in the middle. Don't really pay attention to feet, not my thing.... there are other places I'd rather be looking. However, I DON'T like my feet to be touched - they're pretty ticklish!
