I think this question is so HILARIOUS, and I love Phoenix Quill's hilarious answer...however, if it were me, and I was having a nic fit, I would briefly forget about my nic fit and either throw water or a blanket on the person to save the person's life...then call the paramedics to pick up the body... and then remember my nic fit, and then realize that I lost out on an opportunity to light my cigarette.
Now if it were the other way around, and I was experiencing Spontaneous Human Combustion myself, I would be glad to let you light your cigarette and I'd be even more happy if you invited all your friends over to enjoy a corn roast over my combusting body...and don't forget to bring some marshmallows.
p.s. If Fire Marshall Bill, from ''In Living Color'' showed up...he can show you what not to do. Although, he always seems to get hurt doing his fire safety demos! He's quite hilarious. I've got proof [he's fire proof]...check out the following video clip:

Highly unlikely in the first place (it is not a proven natural phenomenon, it's a very weak theory) to witness SHC and if you were to lit up using their burning body your cigarette would taste terrible - like burning flesh if you can imagine that. So no, personally I would not, but I am sure that there are some that desperate.

In the case that this highly unlikely scenario was to occur, I'd take the light... although...
I'd feel compelled to offer "someone" a puff or two before casually moving on. A little men-thaw nevAr hurt no one.
