The best way would be to chart your basal body temps and use ovulation predictor strips--Clearblue makes a digital one that is very easy to read.
How irregular are your periods?

On the net, type "free online ovulation calendar" in your search engine. It will take you to some websites that will help. Don't do the ones where you have to sign up for anything....there will be a a question that asks when the first day of your last period was.....type it in, and it will give you your exact ovulation day and your most fetile days. It's beautiful and got me pregnant within two months. Hope it works for you!

The easiest way when you have irregular periods is to check your cervix and your cervical mucus.
If you have a slippery stretchy egg white type cervical mucus or your cervix is high and soft, then most likely you are fertile and about to ovulate.
