We split up 3 months ago, but it seems he wont except that we are over. I have moved on and am in a relationship with someone else.
We have 2 kids together and we try to get on for their sakes, but recently i have caught him looking in my kitchen window (i live in a 1st floor flat) and peeping through my letter box at night spying on us.
Although this might not seem like much, i find it very unnerving and a bit scary!
He always runs away when spotted and denies it ever happened.
Don't want to have to take a restraining order out against him for fear of repercussions against our kids, but don't know what else to do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

okay this i can definatly relate to ... i was dating a guy for a few years and we broke up and i started seeing this other guy for like a week and it ended up that he was a ex con and has warrents out for his arrest and i broke up with him and worked things out with my ex and we got back together but the ex con was stalking me litterally leaving flowers on my car watching me through my windows he would wait for me at my car until i was done work so he could talk to me ... it was scary i waiting to long and he ended up trying to kill me.... please go get a rastraigning order... things like that can not go ignored. Its the scariest thing i have ever been through in my life. Now he's in jail for 9 months... until his trial and if i dont go testify he gets out scotch free.... i know exsactly what position your in... please do not let this go ignored.

Don't let him bother you. But stop it now i split up from my ex 4 years ago and he still giving me **** we also have two kids sort it for them now before it goes any further I've had 4 years of it you don't want that Good luck
