This is a common side effect of clomid. You need to let your doctor know so he/she can do a post coital test to check your mucus. Some things you can do at home: steer clear of allergy meds and antihistamines, drink lots of water, drink green tea, and try this-- http://www.fertilityplus.org/faq/cm.html

Also, consider using Pre-seed lubricant or raw eggwhites.

I just finished taking my 2nd round of 50mg of Clomid and am seeing a decrease compared to before Clomid of my cm. I am charting my temps but my doctor wanted me to use opk's as well this cycle to help determine ovulation. You can talk to your doctor about this issue or you can try to remedy it yourself. There is a product called Preseed you can research (my doctor said it is safe and I tried it last cycle-I didn't get pregnant but it did provide more wetness during intercourse), I have read you can use real raw egg whites (never tried this and have not talked to my doctor about it), drink plenty of water and don't take any allergy meds, I have read you can take Robitussin (cough syrup the plain kind) to help thin cervical mucus (never tried this either or asked my doctor) and one lady wrote on this site that she makes sure she has an orgasm before intercourse to add a little extra wetness and it worked because she is pregnant now. I know you should stay away from lubricants such as ky gel and baby oil because they can kill sperm. Good luck ttc
