I've been in unisex bathrooms. I've even intentionally entered the bathroom of the opposite sex because it wasn't as busy. Every woman has the same anatomy. Every man has the same anatomy. As my mother (who was once a nurse) used to say, "You've seen one, you've seen them all." I don't understand why there's such a stigma on it as it is.
