It is a genetic recessive trait, and yes, humans can have it. They will have pink eyes if they are truly albino. However, there are some people that just have very little pigment, and their eyes will be blue.

Yes, humans can be albino.
"Albinism is a genetic disorder; it is not an infectious disease and cannot be transmitted through contact, blood transfusions, etc. The principal gene which results in albinism prevents the body from making the usual amounts of the pigment melanin. Most forms of albinism are the result of the biological inheritance of genetically recessive alleles (genes) passed from both parents of an individual, though some rare forms are inherited from only one parent. There are other genetic mutations which are proven to be associated with albinism. All alterations, however, lead to changes in melanin production in the body.[1][2]"
I think the eyes are red (but maybe only in extreme cases). I found pics while I searched, but they were freaking me out. Just google "albino eyes" and you'll see what I'm talking about.
Hope this helps!

Any animal, including humans, can be born as an albino. It a lack of the melanin pigment in your skin, hair and eyes. And they usually have light green/grey eyes (sometimes even a pale pinkish colour).

A common myth is that by definition people with albinism have red eyes. In fact there are different types of albinism, and the amount of pigment in the eyes varies. Although some individuals with albinism have reddish or violet eyes, most have blue eyes. Some have hazel or brown eyes.

anybody can be albino, its caused becuz of the lack of the enzyme tyrosinase. its a necessary protein in your body so that your skin can create melanin which is what gives you the color in your skin, eyes, and hair. thats why people who are full on albino have red eyes since all you're seeing is the blood and no other color
