I have a Dell Desktop with Windows XP on it with no internet on it yet. My main desktop has Roadrunner and my laptop has wireless. How do i set up internet on my Dell using the Linksys Wireless B Network adapter model number WUSB11v4?

I would use the desktop computer that has Roadrunner (by that I presume you mean Time Warner Cable for your ISP) to visit linksys.com and download the device drivers for that adapter. Copy the driver onto a jump drive, move the jump drive to the Dell, and install the driver. Finally, connect the adapter and then connecting to the Internet should be fairly simple after that.

Plug it in, run the installation disk if it came, and watch it connect to the network. you apparently already have a wireless network running considering the laptop....
