Free Divx to dvd without watermark?

I have downloaded lots of free converters but they all have a watermark which can only be removed if you buy their licence.

The free version is capable of converting WMV, DivX Xvid, and others into MPEG format (which is compatible with most DVD players). The trade-off is a "nice" little message asking if you'd "like to upgrade" to one of their Pro products after converting the file. Other than that, it works very well.
