Graphic T stenciling?

Question

ok so if i want to make my own graphic T shirts by using a stencil and fabric paint what type of material should i make the stencil out of?
ive heard of peel and stick plastic but cant find any?
can any one reccomend where i might find it and what a good type of fabric paint to use with a foam roller is?

Any fabric paint will work with a foam roller. I would use cardboard for the stencil material and just fasten it with a little bit of masking tape in a couple of spots.

You can get full-page stickers that would work as peel and stick plastic, but that sounds like a lot of work, and each one can only be used once.
