I use to manage a couple of Wendy's chains. The meat is frozen and we put the meat in the frig a couple of days before it is used. It's like that for Arby's as well. I check with an old buddy of mine who still manages a Wendy's restaurant and he says it's still like that, not only for his store, but across the country.

ok, no its not frozen. its in a frig, not a stinkin freezer. They get new meat every other day. If you really use to manage a wendy's then you should know this....i frig doesn't freeze meat, a freezer does. the meat NEVER goes into the freezer!

It's probably because they put the meat in the frig and not the freezer. Sounds like false advertisement.

it isnt frozen....u notice once u took it out of the fridge to use it, it wasnt frozen?? all u did was cut it open and put it on the grill.

freezer is at most 10 degrees F. however its in the walk-in...and that is 34-38 degrees F. and that isnt frozen.

It isn't frozen. They get fresh patties every day by refrigerated truck, not freezer truck.

Well, then there's a law suit waiting to happen, right?

I think they just say that to get people to buy their food. That's false advertising.
