Bleach is a water solution of sodium hypochlorite, which is a strong oxidizer.

Combustion is rapid oxidation where noticible heat and light are produced.

If you were to spill bleach onto materials that can be oxidized by hypochlorite and the water allowed to evaporate off, you could see the hypochlorite initiate combustion and the oxidizable material would be burning, not the hypochlorite.
