no the gun can make all the noise in the world as long as the mime doesn't yell everything would be fine but don't go off killing any mimes

Or would you just mime that you are shooting the mime? If he is a true dedicated mime he would silently fall dead and wouldn't be able to get up again and that would be the end of the mime.

A silencer is for the GUN, not the VICTIM... The mime may stay silent while you are shooting him, but your gun won't unless you have a silencer on it.

No,it not required in most states,except New York and California. You can't smoke while you kill mimes in those states either.
