Glucophage is used to help PCOS. Even if you don't have diabetes along with it. You can also take a medicaation for the infertility.

Symptoms of PCOS are:
Weight gain
Hair loss on the scalp
Hair growth on the face and chest
Infertility
Lack of periods/sporadic

You can have any or all of these symptoms. It's a hellish disease. But there is help now days.
