I absolutely adore salsa and merengue and all latin dancing but I am just 18. Does anyone know of any good 18 and over clubs?

Welcome to SF! The Metronome is your best bet. They offer classes and parties for all ages. Taking a class or two there is also a good way to meet a bunch of other folks who like to dance - instant dance partners!
In my experience, most all the SF salsa clubs are 21 and older, but may occasionally have special "parties" for 18 and older. If you can get in, Club Cocomo is probably the best, Roccapulco is my next favorite. As mentioned, these are over 21 clubs normally.
